| 2 | Applicants with recognised
TCM qualifications from Singapore |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Application for registration must be
submitted directly to the Board. |

| 3 | Applicants with recognised
foreign TCM qualifications |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Application for registration must be
submitted through the local employer who has the intention
to employ the applicant. |

| 4 | The TCMPB will only process applications
for registration on the prescribed application form. The
application form duly completed must be submitted with the
complete set of the following support documents: |

| D | Application Fees |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5 | The prescribed Application Fee must be paid in cash or by cheque with the submission of the application. For cheque payments, the cheque should be crossed and made payable to the "TCM Practitioners Board". The application fee is non-refundable. |

| 6 | Only Applications with duly completed Application Form, the prescribed Application Fee and the complete set of required support documents will be processed.

| F | Registration Certificate and
Practising Certificate |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7 | Upon registration, the TCM practitioner is required to pay the prescribed Registration Fee and apply for a Practising Certificate before he/she can practise TCM in Singapore. A Registration Certificate and a Practising Certificate will be issued after the prescribed fees are paid. Fees paid are non-refundable.
